Will my cleaning be scheduled on the same day and time?
While the initial cleaning may be on a different day to get a deep clean, you will be scheduled a regular cleaning day for recurring visits.
What supplies do I need to provide?
We provide most supplies and equipment. We do ask that you provide any toiletries for bathrooms, and any specialty products if requested.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change so cancelling or rescheduling is never a problem.
We ask all cancellation be made prior to 12:00 pm the last business day before your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is on a Monday we ask that you cancel or reschedule by Friday at 12 pm. Any late cancellations will be charged half of the cost of the cleaning.
How do I pay?
We require a credit card on file at the time of scheduling. We can charge your card after each cleaning, or you may pay by check or cash on day of cleaning. If othe rform of payment is not received on day of cleaning, your credit card will be charged.
